The first ingredient is oat! I’m all about it. Overall, I think my hair looks nice and shiny, but each of these also smells delightful. My boyfriend is the main user and has completed the bottle himself, he loves it that much.

I preferred using this shampoo over the apple cider clarifying shampoo as it was color safe for treated hair and I was able to use this more on a regular basis than the clarifying shampoo. I like how my hair still feels moisturized after use.
